Interment was in the Patterson Cemetery.

Funeral service for Brittany Kay Gorman was June 6, 2020 at Shannondale Community Church with Pastor Jeff Fulk officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Wilson Mortuary, Salem.
Interment was in the Patterson Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Bradley Enloe, Eathan Piatt, James Reese, Jonathan Piatt, Jacob Piatt and Michael Terrill. Honorary pallbearers were Chantel Jordan, Ty Smotherman, April Stoops, Kathy Spense, Amanda Jorden, George Terrill, Gene Roberts, Millard Street, Clint Smotherman, Devon Kaut and Zach Slaton.
Ms. Gorman was born September 15, 1990 in Houston to Ricky “Tiny” and Missy. Ms. Gorman died May 30, 2020 in Texas County at the age of 29 years.
Survivors include her parents, Ricky “Tiny” Gorman, Timber; and Missy Smotherman and husband, Rolland, Birch Tree; children, Annemarie, Mary and Thomas, Mt. View; siblings, Ty Smotherman, Birch Tree; Leah Anderson, St. Robert; Clint Smotherman, Summersville; Niki Enloe and husband, Brad, Timber; Megan Gorman, Reeds Spring; Lauren Parker, Ft. Carson, Colorado; Taylor Gorman, Timber; Kimberly Pruitt, Eureka; Lillietta Gorman, Timber; and James Reese, Jadwin; grandparents, Max and Trudy Gorman, Timber; and Willard and Ann Terrill, Summersville; and a host of extended family and friends.
Ms. Gorman graduated with the Class of 2010 from Eminence High School and furthered her education at Southwest Baptist University. She was saved at Shannondale Church and baptized in the Sinkin’ Creek River.
