Kelly Parker, Presiding Circuit Judge of the 42nd Judicial Circuit, has announced that Circuit Judge Megan Seay has been elected by the 42nd Judicial Circuit Court en Banc as the new Presiding Circuit Judge of the 42nd Judicial Circuit effective Jan. 1.
“It was my honor to nominate Judge Seay to take over as Presiding Circuit Judge,” said Judge Parker. “I have confidence that Megan is ready to lead the judiciary of the 42nd Judicial Circuit. Apparently my confidence is shared by all of the judges of the 42nd Judicial Circuit as reflected by the unanimous vote of the Court en Banc.”
