According to reports of Missouri’s 25th Judicial Circuit:
• Harold H. Brawley was charged in a Dec. 13 warrant with felony charges of possession of controlled substance, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful use of weapon, keeping or maintaining a public nuisance and three counts of first-degree endangering the welfare of a child - creating substantial risk as well as one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Travis A. Fudge was charged in a Dec. 10 complaint with one felony count of first-degree tampering with motor vehicle.
• Rex A. Leonard was charged in a Dec. 10 warrant with one felony count of possession of controlled substance and misdemeanor counts of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and owner operating motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility (motor vehicle required to be registered).
