The Bonebrake Center of Nature and History will present the third of a series of programs for school-aged children called the Mudbugs Club from 4:30 to 6 p.m Monday,. This amazing new activity/club, led by Janet Price of Moonshadow Moments, will focus on getting kids out and about on the property, running, playing, and learning outside.

This session is the third of three in April and May focusing on “housing” for our friends. It’s true, it’s true—there are fairies around. Ok, some of us see them and some of us just like imagining them, but regardless of your perspective, they are fun. Ozark folklore is full of fairies and fanciful creatures (such as rabbits and trees that talk, elves, unicorns, gnomes, and leprechauns). We will make a couple of houses for fairies, and you can even learn how to make a house for fairies living around your home!
