Kelly Parker, 42nd Judicial Circuit Judge, recently announced the appointment of Nick S. Hutchison, as the new Chief Juvenile Officer for the Forty-second Judicial Circuit – Juvenile Division, effective July 1. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Hutchison served as a Deputy Juvenile Officer in Crawford County, and he was subsequently promoted to Chief Deputy Juvenile Officer in 2010. Mr. Hutchison, his wife, Monica, and their son, Ayden, reside in Cuba.

“We are happy to advance Nick from his current position to the position of Chief Juvenile Officer,” Parker said. “His many years of experience and the relationships he has fostered throughout the 42nd Circuit will serve the Juvenile Court well. He has earned the trust and respect of the Judges, Juvenile Officers, and Children’s Division workers throughout the five counties of the 42nd Circuit.”
