The Dent County Fire Protection District Board of Directors met Feb. 2 and reviewed the fire fighter’s active for the past month. 

According to the monthly reimbursement report, January included a total of 29 calls. Included among the calls were: seven brush fires, six vehicle accidents, six first responder calls, four structure fires, three hazardous material calls, one landing zone, one mutual aid and one training.
