• Injuries were reported Tuesday, Dec. 10, in a two-vehicle crash that occurred on State Route EE approximately three miles south of Highway 32, according to an online report of Troop I of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. A 2002 International Dump Truck, driven by a 62-year-old Licking man, was eastbound at 8:30 a.m. Dec. 10 and a 2006 Sterling Dump Truck, driven by a 74-year-old Jadwin man, was westbound when they each struck the other’s mirror causing a mirror to strike the Sterling Dump Truck driver. The Sterling Dump Truck driver suffered minor injuries in the crash and was transported by private conveyance to Salem Memorial District Hospital for treatment. Both vehicles sustained minor damage and were driven from the scene.
