Due to COVID-19, SMDH will extend Health Fair Screenings for the entire month of September. In an effort to comply with social distancing and to maintain a safer environment to serve our community, SMDH will pre-register and schedule Health Fair Screenings to be performed at our facility.
Screenings will be held Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., and appointments MUST be scheduled. To schedule and pre-register for an appointment call Karen Brown at 573-729-6626 ext. 4005, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
