According to online reports of Missouri’s 42nd Judicial Circuit:

• Charles F. Molloy had a warrant issued for his arrest Jan. 14 charging him with one felony count of possession of a controlled substance as well as misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
