According to reports of Missouri’s 42nd Judicial Circuit:
Charges
• Rachel A. Miller was issued criminal summons March 11 on a complaint charging her with one felony count of resisting arrest for a felony.
• Gregory Carolus had a warrant issued for his arrest March 8 charging him with felony counts of first-degree harassment, armed criminal action, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of weapon (exhibiting) and unlawful use of weapon (possessing a weapon and a felony-controlled substance). Carolus was also charged with misdemeanor counts of third-degree kidnapping and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sentences
• James Hatcher was sentenced March 10 to six years in prison after pleading guilty in two cases involving second-degree burglary and property damage. The sentence came as requested by the state.
