According to online reports of Troop I of the highway patrol:

• Dustin A. Dering, 32, of Lenox, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. April 22 on a felony Dent County warrant for DWI – persistent offender, a Dent County misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear in court and a St. James misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear in court. Dering was incarcerated in the Dent County Jail pending payment of bond.
