Felony charges were filed following a March 19 operation of the Rolla Area Drug Enforcement Task Force, according to a press release of the Dent County Sheriff’s Office.
Anthony Nicholls, 27, faces counts of possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
The release details a search warrant was executed by the RADE task force March 19 in the 300 block of County Road 2110 with the assistance of the Dent County Sheriff’s Office. As a result of the operation methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia was located.
The charges described above are merely accusations, not evidence of guilt. Evidence supporting the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
