United Veteran Benefits Agency is expanding efforts to help better serve the growing Veteran community. With three new team members joining the company, the primary focus remains on understanding and facilitating Veterans needs to increase their earned VA benefits.
• John Rogers will be joining the team as a Veteran Benefits Specialist. He has 27 years of experience working with Veterans pertaining to their benefits. John worked previously in the non-profit industry as a Veteran Service Officer as well as a government employee for the Department of Veterans Affairs. His experience with the VA ranged from developing claims, rating claims, working appeals and quality assurance. John is also a Veteran himself serving in the United States Navy from 1987-1992. John currently resides in Virginia with his wife Anne.
• Sara Wyman joins the UVBA team as a Veteran Case Manager. She is a combat Veteran who served for nine years as Security Forces in the US Air Force. After separating in 2016 she worked as a Veteran Service Officer in Massachusetts. Her husband remains Active-Duty in the US Air Force and they currently reside in North Carolina.
• Katie McCurdy joins the team as a Veteran Service Coordinator. Katie will be working with Veterans in the home office in St. Robert, Missouri. She is a US Army spouse who has volunteered and dedicated herself over the past 15 years supporting military soldiers and their families.
United Veteran Benefits Agency was founded in 2019 by Merle and Connie Jones to provide counseling to military veterans for the benefit of helping them increase their VA disability rating. The United Veteran home office is centrally located outside of Ft. Leonard Wood in Saint Robert, with employees located throughout the U.S. The United Veteran Team is dedicated to supporting veterans from any branch of the United States Military and from any era of service.
