The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m., before the swearing in of new board members.

The Green Forest Board of Directors held a regular meeting April 18. Board members present were Jereme Patton, Jason Jones, Dee Moser and Kyle Case.
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m., before the swearing in of new board members.
Case motioned to nominate Amber Toman as president. The appointment passed by a 4-0 vote.
Moser motioned to nominate Michael Jones as vice-president. The appointment passed by a 4-0 vote.
Patton motioned to nominate Wes Hampton as treasurer, passed by a 4-0 vote.
Dee Moser motioned to nominate Kyle Case as secretary. The measure passed by a 4-0 vote.
After the agenda and minutes were approved, the board also unanimously approved:
• April bills and May payroll
• a budget report,
• a motion to advertise for bids for Bank Depository Agreement.
• the Curriculum Program Evaluation Report,
• the Health Services Program Evaluation Report
• the Exceptional Child Cooperative Agreement for the 23-24 school year,
• board policy updates,
• Extra Duty Stipends.
A CSIP update and a building report was given. The board approved the hiring of non-certified personnel for the 23-24 school year and extra duty assignment by a 4-0 vote.
The board approved the Model Ordinance For A Lead Ban In Public and Private Drinking Water Plumbing by a 4-0 vote.
