The Green Forest R-II Board of Directors held a special meeting on Sept. 5. Present were members Amber Toman, Michael Jones, Jerome Patton, Jason Jones, Wes Hampton, Kyle Case, and Dee Moser.
Also present were attendees Conrad Prugh and Marsha Gabel.
A motion by Michael Jones was made at 1:30 p.m. to open the meeting. Jason Jones seconded, and the vote was 7-0 in favor.
Michael Jones then moved to purchase a school bus from Central States Bus, and Jason Jones seconded. A 7-0 vote carried the motion.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:45 p.m. after a motion was made by Michael Jones and carried by a 7-0 vote.
