A Salem man was seriously injured Thursday resulting from a one-vehicle crash that occurred on Highway 32 four miles west of Salem, according to an online report of Troop I of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

A 1995 Ford F-150, driven by Harvey D. Carter, 59, was westbound at 12:35 p.m. Thursday when it ran off of the right side of the roadway, struck a sign, a fence and a tree.
