Funeral service for Amos Lee Harber was October 17, 2020 at Wilson Mortuary Chapel, Salem, with Pastor Chris Hendrix officiating.
Interment was in the Chitwood Cemetery, Ellington.
Pallbearers were Jay Clark, Rob Flesch Jr., Joe Brown and James Brown.
Mr. Harber was born March 20, 1939 in Arbyrd to Winslow Amos and Estelean (Morrow) Harber. He married Anna Belle Chitwood September 3, 1963. They were the parents of one son. Mr. Harber died October 12, 2020 in Salem at the age of 81 years.
Survivors include his son, John Harber and wife, Sheila, Fenton; sister, Carol, St. Louis; brother, Mark, St. Louis; and a host of extended family and friends.
Preceding him in death were his wife, parents, and brother, Ronald Harber.
Mr. Harber served in the United States Navy and was aboard the USS Barton during the Naval Blockade of Cuba in 1963.
