Filing opened in December for the April 7 election.

Filing closes Jan. 20.

Voters will select a west and east ward alderman, along with a mayor in the city.

Filing for East Ward alderman is incumbent Kim Steelman, and Carl R. Plank; West Ward alderman, Greg Parker; and mayor, incumbent Brad Nash.

Three seats are available on each school board.

Oak Hill R-I

Michael Connors has filed.

Green Forest R-II

Jason Jones and incumbent Amber Toman filed.

Dent Phelps R-III

Incumbent Bill Manthey has filed as well as Dana Gorman, Mike Radford, Brandon Schloemer, and Caleb Gidcumb.

North Wood R-IV

Incumbents Aaron Brooks and Jenna Dunn have filed, as well as Milton (Clay) Lindsay.

Salem R-80

Incumbents Larry Maxwell and Holly Erway have filed, as well as Andrew Wynn.

Salem Memorial District Hospital will fill an unexpired three-year term in district four; and a six-year term in district one.

Filing thus far are Judy Thompson, district one; Willie Strader, district four.
