NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE
BY SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE
WHEREAS, Billie Gene Holloway and Penny D. Holloway,
husband and wife, by their deed of
trust dated the 24th day of May,
2010 and recorded June 1, 2010 at
3:54 P.M., in the Recorder's Office
of Dent County, Missouri in Document No. 2010-1250, conveyed to
the trustee therein named the real
estate in Dent County, Missouri; And
WHEREAS, a portion of the real
estate described in the said Deed of
Trust has heretofore, at the request
of the said Mortgagors, been released from the said Deed of Trust;
And
WHEREAS, default has been
made, and now continues, in the
payment of the note described in
and secured by the said Deed of
Trust; And
WHEREAS, the undersigned has
been appointed as successor
trustee by an instrument which is
duly acknowledged and is recorded
in the Recorder's Office of Dent
County, Missouri; And
NOW THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said
promissory note, and in accordance
with the provisions of said Deed of
Trust, I, the undersigned Bruce B.
Warren, acting as successor
Trustee, pursuant to the powers
given to me by the said Deed of
Trust and by the said appointment
as successor Trustee, will on Thursday, the 12th day of August, 2021,
between the hours of 9:00 o'clock
A.M. and 5:00 o'clock P.M., to-wit: at
1:00 P.M., sell at public vendue to
the highest bidder for cash at the
FRONT door of the County Courthouse in the City of Salem, Dent
County, Missouri the following described real estate, to-wit:
Tract 1:
A part of the West Half of the South
Half of the North Half of Lot One (1)
of the Northwest Quarter of Section
Nineteen (19), Township Thirty-four
(34) North, Range Five (5) West,
described as follows: Beginning on
the East line of the said West Half of
the South Half of the North Half of
Lot One (l) of the Northwest Quarter
of said Section 19 where the same
intersects the North right-of-way line
of State Highway No. 32, as now located; thence West 120 feet to the
point of beginning of land herein

conveyed; thence West along said
right-of-way line 175 feet; thence
North 150 feet; thence East 175
feet; thence South 150 feet to point
of beginning of land herein conveyed.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM:
A part of the West Half of the South
Half of the North Half of Lot One (1)
of the Northwest Quarter of Section
Nineteen (19), Township Thirty-four
(34) North, Range Five (5) West,
described as follows: Beginning on
the East line of the said West half of
the South Half of the North Half of
Lot One (1) of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 19 where the
same intersects the North right-ofway line of State Highway No. 32,
as now located; thence West 120
feet to the point of beginning of land
herein conveyed; thence West
along said right-of-way line 65 feet;
thence North 150 feet; thence East
65 feet; thence South 150 feet to
point of beginning of land herein
conveyed.
