According to reports of Missouri’s 42nd Judicial Circuit:

Arrest Warrants

• Hannah K. Landers had a warrant issued for her arrest Aug. 10 charging her with one felony count of forgery.

• Timothy Dunn had a warrant issued for his arrest Aug. 8 charging him with one felony count of possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Stephen Perrey had a warrant issued for his arrest Aug. 8 charging him with one felony count of possession of a controlled substance.

• Michael A. Abel was issued criminal summons Aug. 6 on a complaint charging him with one felony count of driving while revoked and one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Christopher E. Wingfield had a warrant issued for his arrest Aug. 6 charging him with felony counts of failure to register as a sex offender and prior offender residing within 1000 feet of a school/childcare facility.

Sentences

• John Campbell pled guilty Aug. 9 to failing to register as a sex offender. The state argued for a four-year sentence under State Statute 559.115, while the defense sought probation. Over the objection of the state, Campbell was granted probation with a four-year suspended execution of sentence and five years of supervised probation, as recommended by probation and parole.

• Trenton Stacey had his probation revoked Aug. 9 and was sentenced to seven years in the department of corrections in accordance with State Statute 559.115.

• Homer Stephens pled guilty Aug. 9 to possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and was sentenced to 10 years in the department of corrections in accordance with State Statute 559.115.

• James Stobbs had his probation revoked Aug. 9 and was sentenced to seven years in the department of corrections in accordance with State Statute 559.115.
