According to reports of Missouri’s 42nd Judicial Circuit:

Sentences

• Shawn Alterauge pled guilty May 29 to the Class E felony of resisting a lawful stop. He was sentenced to four years in department of corrections.

• Lamicia Conway was granted a probation sentence May 29 over the objection of the state on a felony distribution of a controlled substance. The state sought 10 years in the department of corrections under State Statute 559.115.

• Julia Henson had her probation revoked May 29 and was sentenced to seven years in the department of corrections under State Statute 559.115.

• Kari Johns was granted a probation sentence May 29 over the objection of the state on a felony distribution of a controlled substance. The state sought 10 years in the department of corrections under State Statute 559.115.

• Bobbie Paul had probation revoked May 29 and was sentenced to 10 years in the department of corrections.

• Franklin White had his probation revoked May 29 and was sentenced to 10 years in the department of correction on a charge of manufacturing a controlled substance.

Arrest Warrants

• Macaulay Boschen had a warrant issued for his arrest May 29 charging him with one felony count of escape or attempted escape from confinement.
