A Graff man was injured Monday as a result of a two-vehicle crash that occurred on Highway 32 five miles west of Salem, according to an online report of Troop I of the Missouri State Highway Patrol:

A 2006 Mack trash truck, driven by Gary M. Mink, 52, was eastbound at 5:45 a.m. Monday when it travelled off the right side of the road, struck landscaping items and a parked and unoccupied 1999 Ford Crown Victoria.

Mink received moderate injuries and was transported by EMS to Salem Memorial District Hospital.

The Mack truck sustained extensive damage while the Ford sustained total damage. Both vehicles were removed from the scene by Whittaker’s Towing.
